Darleen Rudnick has been studying pet nutrition since 1987. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work, a Master's of Science in Holistic Nutrition and is a Certified Holistic Nutrition Practitioner. She specializes in animal nutrition creating individual diets and lifestyle plans using a complete holistic approach.
Pet Nutritionist, Darleen Rudnick is the founder and former owner of PurelyPets.com, a large on-line pet store. Purely Pets opened in 1996, and had a client base of over 6000. Her main focus was consulting with pet owners and selling the highest quality pet products on the market. PurelyPets.com was sold in 2016 and continues to run as an online store with new owners, as Darleen wanted her sole concentration to be on providing consultations. Her expertise is treating pets suffering from seizures, cancer, diabetes, allergies and Feline Hyperesthesia Syndrome. She has done extensive work with A.A.R.F. (Animal Adoption and Rescue Foundation) in Richmond, VA, conducted workshops on nutrition, and has counseled pet owners worldwide.
